Key Responsibilities
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assisting customers and suggesting the best offerings
Maximize performance with NCC products, promoting current offerings and upselling additional services
Assess attrition reports and execute plans to retain business, while proactively improving customer experience
Required Qualifications
Three years of experience in an Automotive Inside Customer Success / Account Management or Sales role
Knowledge of F&I is required
2+ years of proven KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell experience
Experience in identifying opportunities for account growth
