A company is looking for a Grants and Development Officer (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Research and prioritize funding opportunities, craft grant proposals, and manage the full grant lifecycle
Collaborate on fundraising strategies and cultivate relationships with donors, ensuring effective communication and engagement
Maintain donor information in CRM, monitor fundraising metrics, and contribute to donor events and fundraising campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in gender studies, international development, nonprofit management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in grant writing, nonprofit development, or fundraising with a focus on gender issues
Strong knowledge of global gender issues and social justice frameworks
Proficiency in donor management systems and familiarity with data analysis tools
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
