A company is looking for a Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and select financial professionals and develop sales concept guidance
Maintain necessary insurance licenses and achieve annual recruiting and sales goals
Act as a communication link between financial professionals and the home office, ensuring compliance with laws and brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of experience in a similar role required
Life Insurance and Wealth Management industry experience required
FINRA Series 7 and/or 6, Series 65, and Series 66 required; Series 63 preferred
Solid technical understanding of life, annuity, and wealth management products and related regulations
