A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions
Analyze corporate portfolio scenarios including divestitures and acquisitions
Conduct assessments of industry and competitive landscape while creating complex financial models
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience, including 5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Bachelor?s degree in an analytical field; MBA strongly preferred
Experience in at least one of the company?s end markets
Experience leading project teams and managing junior resources
Ability to create complex financial models for portfolio-level scenarios
