A company is looking for a Senior Complex Litigation Specialist - Medical Professional Liability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and advice on complex healthcare professional liability matters
Counsel claims staff on legal issues related to National Accounts, SIR Accounts, and Mass Torts
Manage outside counsel in coverage litigation and oversee appellate cases from medical malpractice lawsuits
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree required
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia
Minimum of five years? experience in medical professional liability claims or related law practice
Strong analytical and legal skills for information analysis and interpretation
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
