Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the people and learning strategy to strengthen organizational capacity and collaboration Coach and empower the leadership group to foster a thriving organizational culture and maximize employee potential Ensure alignment between various people-driven workstreams and functions to achieve organizational goals and impact Required Qualifications Over 20 years of working experience, including 10 years in leadership roles and 5 years in learning and development Deep understanding of HR practices and their impact on organizational performance Experience with adult learning principles and a network in the learning and development space Proven leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build consensus High adaptability to diverse virtual teams and cultures in a remote working environment
