A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist to support its growing People Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for various positions, including job postings and candidate interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR practices and policies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in in-house talent acquisition
1+ year of experience in an HR generalist or people operations function
Experience with managing applicant tracking systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
Previous experience in a fast-paced, growing company is a bonus
