Key Responsibilities
Manage workflows across Human Resources, Finance, Development, and Programs
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for staff and fellows
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years? professional experience in administrative support
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, donor databases, and Zoom
Experience with contact management or CRMs
Experience with finance and expense tracking systems
Preferred experience with coordinating educational events or training programs
