Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, product, and design hires
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and build candidate pipelines
Source candidates, conduct screenings, and support job requisition processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in technical recruiting
Strong knowledge of software engineering, product management, and product design
Experience in sourcing and closing candidates in a competitive market
Ability to manage a requisition load of 5-10 at various stages
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for data insights
