Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, including bill routing and vendor communication
Initiate remote deposits and enter grant and donation payments into CRM
Provide administrative support for finance processes and assist with various tasks
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional experience in accounts payable or expense management
Experience with financial systems such as Salesforce, BILL, and Divvy
Proficiency in Google Workspace apps and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
