A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide assistance in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support users on AMS360 and ancillary products post-conversion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and consistency
Assist in onboarding and offboarding AMS360 users and provide advanced training as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
At least 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software
Experience in implementing PL Rating, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
