Job Description - Program and Communications Specialist
A company is looking for a Program & Communications Specialist to provide operational support for key programs and manage customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the advocacy program and support programmatic initiatives
Plan and implement customer-facing communications, tracking performance metrics for improvement
Support writing needs, including editing and proofreading content to meet organizational standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably within edtech, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
Proven experience managing programs or events with a strategic marketing approach
Proficiency with digital tools, including email marketing platforms and project management software
Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape and/or nonprofit sector is preferred
