Key Responsibilities
Understand customer data management challenges and maintain project scope, timelines, and financials
Lead and mentor project team members in implementing and configuring solutions
Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between stakeholders and tracking project status
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, ideally with Salesforce or CRM solutions in relevant sectors
Proven track record in leading global system implementation programs
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and deliver high satisfaction
Experience in a dynamic environment, with a logical approach to problem-solving
Experience with SaaS/Cloud and customer-facing roles is preferred
