A company is looking for a Senior Program Associate, Homeowner Stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of homeowner stabilization programs, including data analysis and reporting
Facilitate contracting and payment processes with partners and funders
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful program implementation and operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
Two years of experience in a nonprofit or housing-focused agency
Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets and Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for promoting equitable and affordable homeownership
