Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and evaluate engineering candidates for roles in cloud, software development, and infrastructure
Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless recruitment process
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on the Korean market
Familiarity with engineering roles and technical terminology
Strong network of engineering professionals in South Korea
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
