Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives to promote organizational values and improve employee engagement Collaborate with leadership to assess and enhance organizational processes and structures Oversee the Global People and Culture function, ensuring compliance and effective HR systems Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar; MBA or relevant Master?s preferred Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a complex international organization Demonstrated experience in leading human resource planning and organizational change Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with practical implementation experience Knowledge of employee relations and experience in supporting the full employee experience
