Key Responsibilities
Facilitate condo project approval statuses with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA financing
Identify and analyze necessary HOA documents for financing approvals
Research lenders for non-warrantable financing options and maintain a comprehensive database of condo projects
Required Qualifications
Solid experience processing condos in the US mortgage industry
Proven ability to perform effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments
Strong analytical abilities
Experience in engaging with real estate agents and HOA representatives
Ability to secure single-unit FHA approvals for condos
