A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting functions within a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and expand the accounting team, managing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition, trust accounting, and M&A accounting
Collaborate with various departments to implement scalable accounting systems and support strategic projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master?s Degree or MBA preferred
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or Controller role
Active CPA or equivalent certification is required
Expertise in Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606
