A company is looking for an Implementation Lead to manage customer onboarding and support processes.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in the product to assist customers in optimizing their configurations
Take ownership of the customer lifecycle from implementation to ongoing support
Lead onboarding calls and train customers on account management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in business, information technology, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in business-to-business software or digital healthcare
Experience in an early-stage startup or organization utilizing SCRUM or Agile methodologies
Knowledge of EHRs, CRM, or other digital health tools
Experience with HIPAA compliance requirements
