Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits Maintain compliance with employee documentation and oversee various People and Culture programs Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree required 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration 2+ years of experience with Greenhouse (ATS) Experience with ADP data entry and maintenance Familiarity with FMLA inquiries is a plus
