Key Responsibilities
Develop customer support processes and respond to technical support requests
Assist customers with application support, functionality guidance, and troubleshooting
Provide feedback to product development and manage internal documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years of experience in customer service for application support
Ability to work effectively in a remote role
Must be available for the specified morning shift hours
Experience with SaaS products is preferred
