A company is looking for an HR Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across all areas of HR.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting and pre-hire operational activities, including background checks and onboarding processes
Enter and maintain HR-related data in Workday, and provide testing support for configuration changes
Administer the Company?s learning management system and coordinate annual engagement surveys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2+ years of related experience
Working knowledge of Workday and HR-related regulations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
