A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to support its Sales team with effective engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve training programs for sales team members
Develop and maintain sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams
Analyze sales workflows and performance metrics to recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role in a B2B SaaS company
4-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement in a B2B SaaS company
Experience with Salesforce and LMS/Enablement Platforms
Experience implementing Value Selling, Challenger Sales Methodology, or MEDDICC programs
Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred
