A company is looking for a Trilingual Customer Support Agent for a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support and occasional sales assistance to English, Spanish, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers in the USA and Canada Proactively identify areas for product/service improvements and participate in implementing solutions Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, user growth, and retention Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales role Tech-savvy with basic smartphone/tablet configurations Reliable access to high-speed internet and own laptop/desktop computer with a headset Familiarity with Helpdesk/CRM software is a plus Knowledge of the trucking/logistics industry is a plus
