A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive product adoption for a portfolio of 150+ accounts, supporting clients through onboarding and ongoing support
Manage client onboarding and adoption plans, hosting office hours and guiding users through the product
Collaborate with customers to develop case studies and referrals, while identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
4+ years in a customer-facing role
Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role is preferred but not required
Comfort speaking with contacts at all levels of executives
Experience at a B2B Technology, Data Analytics, or SaaS company is preferred but not required
Passion for technology and customer success, with strong analytical abilities
