A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent to assist customers affected by disasters with relief assistance and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and addressing customer inquiries
Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation
Provide excellent customer service and manage one-on-one relationships with callers
Required Qualifications and Training
Must be proficient in English
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
Must possess basic proficiency with computers and smartphones
Must complete Day Zero certification trainings scheduled by FEMA
Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old
