Job Description - Medical Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Medical Customer Experience Specialist to provide compassionate support to patients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage medical orders and coordinate with healthcare providers
Handle inbound/outbound calls, verify insurance coverage, and process orders
Document patient records and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience with patient data entry in an EMR system
Current or previous CNA license, HHA certification, or similar qualification is preferred
Call center experience is preferred
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
