Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with professional independence rules and evaluate client relationships and potential conflicts of interest
Conduct internal assessments of independence and compliance, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Identify and assess potential compliance risks, collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate or resolve these risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
4 - 7 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a similar role within an accounting or professional services firm
Knowledge of independence standards for the accounting industry
Impeccable integrity and ethical standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
