A company is looking for a Marketing Cloud Product Director who will lead technical initiatives and enhance product offerings in the Marketing Cloud space.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain awareness of Marketing Cloud updates and client needs to ensure alignment with tech stack
Develop best practices and tools to streamline project delivery and support team training
Monitor pipeline health and collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to generate and manage client engagements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in designing solutions and implementing projects within the Marketing Cloud space
Experience in Professional Services or Client Services
Possess all relevant Salesforce Certifications
Deep experience translating technical concepts into workable solutions
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
