A company is looking for an HR Operations Manager responsible for leading the HR operations team to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management and HR data administration
Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all regulations and accurate employee compensation
Lead the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with related regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree
8+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience with selection and successful implementation of an HRIS; Paylocity experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and FMLA
Ability to manage and optimize HR processes and benefits programs
