Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure customers achieve their business objectives and derive ongoing value from the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain success plans for customers
Drive customer advocacy through events and effective communication while managing customer issues and risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, HR Business, or Consulting
Knowledge of organization design, transformation, workforce analytics, and workforce planning (preferred)
Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Experience in stakeholder management and customer focus
