A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to oversee daily HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer HRIS applications and support employee inquiries
Conduct background checks and maintain compliance with training and employment laws
Implement new hire orientation and manage HR programs related to compensation and benefits
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of human resource management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity
Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations
Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
