Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations and engagement, including conflict resolution Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and daily HR administrative tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in human resources or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations Preferred SHRM-CP certification At least 3 years in a leadership role
