Job Description - Enterprise Service Management Engineer
A company is looking for an Enterprise Service Management - IT Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical configuration, development, integration, and automation for IT Service Management and IT Asset Management
Design, develop, and improve service management and asset management business processes
Act as a liaison for technology solutions and participate in planning and execution of ITSM and ITAM initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of five years of experience with ITSM and ITAM application configuration and development
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with ITSM/ITAM applications (e.g., Ivanti, Service Now)
ITIL Foundations Certification or ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment
Experience with development, configuration, and object-oriented programming
