Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison during solution delivery
Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring project completion within budget and contract requirements
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of client delivery, service delivery, or client management experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Expertise in the mortgage industry
Master?s degree preferred
