Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify and evaluate new funding opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective funders
Craft tailored, donor-centered proposals and manage proposal production schedules
Oversee the workflow of the Kigali Studio Development Manager and track donor engagement activities
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in donor management systems and research tools
Strong research and analytical abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in the architecture and design industry is preferred
Exceptional proposal writing skills
