A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative for the WV School Choice Program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide program and technical support to parents, schools, and vendors
Assist applicants and participants via phone and digital communications
Advise on all elements of the HOPE Scholarship program
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Experience with school choice or ESA programs preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team
Experience working in Microsoft and Google systems
Dedicated workspace with minimal background noise and reliable internet connection
