A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and expand customer relationships in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product details and pricing to prospective customers to close sales deals
Document customer engagements and support the National Sales team
Conduct customer satisfaction calls to retain current customers and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Experience working with Excel and Google systems preferred
Must have a dedicated workspace with minimal background noise
Consistent Wi-Fi and a reliable computer are required
Must pass all required background checks
