A company is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in California. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with existing dealer groups and identify new F&I business opportunities Support dealership performance through training and personnel development Attend automotive industry events to promote sales and marketing initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree and 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of related auto dealer experience Residency within the designated territory (California) In-depth knowledge of sales principles, dealership operations, and F&I products Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual) Ability to manage a large territory effectively
