Key Responsibilities: Deepen understanding of core user base within AMLAW 200 firms and deliver personalized content to engage them Manage senior-level stakeholders, guide them toward success, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews and renewals Collaborate with teams to embed customer success best practices, manage pilot projects, and drive account growth Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years? experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS company Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving user engagement and product adoption Demonstrated success in managing and executing pilot projects or trials, delivering successful outcomes Ability to create and deliver engaging content that leads to measurable client success Knowledge of legal industry trends, challenges, and best practices, particularly within AMLAW 200 firms
