Key Responsibilities: Consistently achieve individual quarterly sales goals Develop and execute territory plans to build, grow, and close outbound pipelines in Mid Market level accounts Navigate and negotiate complex transactions, manage multiple opportunities through the sales cycle, and provide critical customer feedback Required Qualifications: Over 8 years of on-quota, B2B sales experience with a minimum of 4 years successfully selling to Mid Market Enterprises Curiosity, technical savvy, and hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, or Project Management software Proven success in exceeding sales goals, managing complex sales engagements, and accurate sales forecasting Excellent communication, contract negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Proactive about personal development and staying updated on products, selling processes, and techniques
