A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts and resolving audit inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and assist clients with the MedReview audit process
Serve as the primary contact for audit inquiries and escalations
Analyze and track key audit data for escalated cases
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years? experience in healthcare claims processing and/or billing
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Proven ability to manage multiple case inquiries and escalations
Analytical skills to collect, track, and analyze data
Experience in developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders
