Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding activities and support for new customers
Maintain a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive product adoption
Analyze customer data and conduct success reviews to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
10+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of customer success principles and account management
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools
Experience in a SaaS role within the life-science industry is a plus
