A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager / Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a smooth and successful onboarding experience to new customers
Provide thought leadership and support for the best customer experience
Accelerate adoption and expansion of the platform within the install base
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role
Proven experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux
Experience with one or more cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset
Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools is advantageous
