Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly financial close, including revenue and expense analysis
Oversee payroll processes and prepare for annual audits
Consult with clients on financial management and present at Board meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required
6+ years of accounting and financial management experience
3+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams
Prior experience in a non-profit organization is required
Experience working in a school or socially responsible organization is preferred
