Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for all positions in North America Act as a recruitment advisor to Hiring Managers and HR teams across multiple regions Screen and assess applicants to evaluate qualifications and culture fit Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least four to five years of experience in recruitment and hiring processes Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices in multiple US states and Canada Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Ashby SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
