Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for all positions in North America Act as a recruitment advisor to Hiring Managers and HR teams on talent trends and hiring strategies Screen and assess applicants while managing the candidate experience using an ATS Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required At least four to five years of experience in the recruitment and hiring process Familiarity with hiring laws and regulations in multiple US States and preferably Canada Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System such as Ashby Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
