A company is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to drive customer success and engagement with public health accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion throughout the lifecycle of strategic customers Create customized Action Plans for each strategic customer, outlining milestones and expansion opportunities Facilitate discussions to align internal resources and capture customer expectations effectively Required Qualifications 4+ years in a Customer Success or Project Management role, preferably in the economic development industry Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships Experience identifying business development opportunities within an existing customer base Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams Experience within the SaaS environment is a plus but not required
