A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Team Lead to manage operational activities and oversee a team handling commercial lines property and casualty insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of commercial account managers
Ensure adherence to service standards and perform quality audits
Provide technical expertise in commercial lines insurance and support business development efforts
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance
High School Graduate (College degree preferred)
State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, or CPCU (preferred)
Strong leadership and management skills
