A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to support their Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential new prospects through various channels
Assist in tracking and maintaining a robust pipeline of affiliation targets
Support the Mergers and Acquisitions team during deal structuring and negotiations
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years? experience in Business Development
Strong sales background
Familiarity with Profit and Loss Statements (P&L)
Bachelor?s degree in business or equivalent work experience
Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions and insurance industry experience are a plus but not required
